How get divvy works

get divvy is a pump.fun launchpad for stock-paired coins. Launch a token paired with a tokenized stock, and every trade pays creator fees in that stock — the dividends for your holders.

What is get divvy

get divvy lets anyone launch a real coin on Solana through pump.fun. What makes it different is the pairing: instead of pairing your coin with SOL, you pair it with a tokenized stock (like $AAPL or $TSLA). That single choice turns ordinary trading fees into a stream of real equity-backed value for the people holding your coin.

Stock-paired coins

pump.fun supports “custom pairs,” where a coin’s quote asset is a token other than SOL. get divvy uses tokenized stocks (xStocks — SPL tokens on Solana that track real equities) as that quote asset. Your coin then trades against, say, $NVDA instead of SOL.

The catalogue is limited to stocks that pump.fun accepts as a quote mint, verified on-chain so a launch never fails after you’ve paid.

Launching a coin

Connect a Solana wallet, open Launch, and provide a name, ticker, image, and the stock to pair with. get divvy builds the pump.fun create transaction with the correct custom-pair accounts and you sign it in your wallet. The coin is a normal pump.fun token — tradable there and anywhere that lists it.

How dividends work

On a custom pair, pump.fun pays the creator fee in the quote token — the paired stock. So every time your coin is traded, the fees accrue as real $STOCK, not SOL. There is no swapping step and no synthetic reward token: the dividends are the stock itself, collecting in the project treasury’s creator vault.

Distributing to holders

Distribution uses pump.fun’s native fee-sharing. The treasury configures a set of recipient wallets and their split, then triggers a distribution that pushes the accrued stock out on-chain. This is pump.fun’s own mechanism — get divvy does not run a separate custom reward engine.

Note: native fee-sharing distributes to a configured set of recipient wallets (up to 10), not automatically pro-rata to every holder. This is a deliberate limitation of the native mechanism.

Buying a coin

Fresh coins trade on the pump.fun bonding curve — buy directly on pump.fun. Once a coin graduates to an open market, it also becomes routable on Jupiter. Every coin page links to both venues.

Risk & disclaimers

Coins launched here are real tokens on Solana mainnet and trading them is risky. Prices are volatile and you can lose your entire position. Nothing here is financial advice, and a stock-paired coin is not a share in the underlying company — the pairing only determines the token in which fees accrue. Only launch or buy what you can afford to lose.
